I contacted the tracker call center in April to notify them that i had sold my vehicle and no longer require the tracker service where they informed me that i am unable to cancel the contract (which i was not aware of) and said i would have to either get my tracker fitted in my new vehicle, which i declined because i had an alternative tracking system fitted due to insurance recommendations or let some take over my contract... i then refered them to the guy who bought my car giving them his name and contact number. Magmoed them said he would contact the new owner. i waited over a week and contacted the new owner which informed me that no one had contacted him so i call the call center again and once again spoke to magmoed who said he had tried numerous times to contact the new owner but wasnt even able to leave a voice message (but he does have a voicemail service) on 1 May 2013 magmoed finally contacted him but he was busy in a meeting and requested he call him back which never happened. I am now paying for the tracking system which im not even using and its unacceptable that i must follow up continuously and nothing gets done
