I have recently sold my vehicle, 30 Sep, before releasing the vehicle I called Tracker just to confirm the process of device transfer to the new car. I was told that the contract is for 3 years and I was liable for the remaining months of the contract or if I transfer the device to the new car I must pay R1, 200 fee for deactivation and reinstallation. At inception of contract I paid nothing and was not told the contract is for 3years and that I have to pay cancellation costs. The lady advised that I will receive a call from Tracker, with the voice retrieval of me signing on, however I am still waiting. So far I had received excellent service and thought that their products are the better product. As I have not received any feedback I called them again today and was unfortunately told the same story, the agent said he was transferring me to Sales but the call had been about 20minutes already, so I had to hang up when no one was on the line. At the moment I am unable to collect the new vehicle as my insurance states that the tracking device is a requirement. I am highly dissatisfied about the none disclosure of costs and lack of sense of urgency after I had explained my situation
