Hi I have sold my vehicle and requested that the tracker unit be transferred That was 2 months ago
I decide to phone waited on line for a period of 30 minutes to be told that it would fitted on the weekend on the Saturday today Tuesday phoned again only to be told hat they will call me I have never received a phone cal from tracker.
I am still waiting for tracker to phone me after in desperation activated the hijack bottom on my other vehicle that was @ 1pm still waiting now 8pm can only assume not working?
What are we paying for
I have heard from the SAP that tracker is not effective as the car have a cell phone jamming devise that make the tracker totally ineffective. I have requested via the call centre that a manager contact me to advise if they have any record of this no phone call now 2 months have passed I assume it must be true?
What are we paying for?
I have requested that a member contact me to to cancel all the contacts with tracker still waiting?
