Pathetic Service

After signing up for a 15GB 15GB data package. the data was only utilised form 21 July onwards. Before the end of July I was cut off and advised I had used all the data. Having had iburst for three years I have never exceeded 10 GB per month!! Upon numerous queries a technician was finally sent out - who was unable to help - but we calculated my usage - as I had finally received an invoice. the amount utilised was far below the claimed 15GB 15GB. after numerous emails and no assiatcne from Brian Mpofu - branch manager fourways 8TA and Bobby Chibwe - the salesman, Khamasi Nematswani from the call centre sent me an email saying he would follow up. more than a month has passed - started end July - and despite numerous emails to date I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE, not even a holding reply. If my (and the 8TA technicians) calculations are correct consumers are being ripped off!!
