Wrong billing with bad attitude

Had my Almera sold. Same day i mailed Altech and give info of new owner and wanted to take over tracker. 2 months i still payed as they did not fix it after lots of calls and email and hello peter. Manager called named (Ashly) and told me due to there mistake they will not charge me for the transfer for the tracker from my old bakkie to my Mazda and will pay the next two months back. He called me himself and emailed me. Today they toke 1000 without my permission from my account, i don't have a work i am medical boarded since Feb!! They still charge me for there mistakes and no services not rendered after almost 3 months!!! i have the emails all of it. I never had such a bad experience in my life. i am going to take that tracker out today and shuff it up there!!! I sent many emails to Sunita to check the so called recording phone call between me and the manager where he said he will pay me back 2 months and i will not pay for the replacement, now that is out of my bank account!!!
