Good Day,

I write to you as a very disappointed customer and hope you can have my problem resolved. My Vehicle was fitted with an Early Warning Device and from the very first day this unit was installed it
had been giving me endless problems on the very first day your technician had to visit my residence at 23:00 in the evening due to the synchronizing of my transponder being fault and the Engine
will not switch off. The ignition alarm frequently activates all on its own even while driving which places my wife and kids and huge risk as I need to pull over to silence the siren from it irritating noise.

I placed a stop order on my account reason being as a Consumer I cannot pay for something that is faulty Neither will you like to be charged for something that is defective. On the 4th of October 2013
the problem arose again as my engine could not switch off even with the keys was out of the ignition once again you're after hour technician attended and diagnosed that the unit was faulty and had it
disconnected.

This month a debit order goes off my bank account for R950 which I want credited as soon as possible if not I will pursue this matter legally.
