On Saturday night we left to go out for a meal and evening out at about 18h30. At 18h55 our babysitter phoned to tell us that someone claiming to be from Mamba was at our door due to an alarm activation. We don't belong to Mamba so I asked her to push the panic button to get a Chubb officer around. When we were phoned by Chubb at 19h01 we instructed them to send a car around as we were worried that someone was trying to access our property and to call us back when done.By 19h30 there had been no call back and we eventually cut our evening short.By 20h30 there had been nothing and we did not get one armed reaction officer come around that whole evening. I phoned to complain and I was promised by a supervisor that Chubb would phone me back to let me know on status of officers and that I would also be called on Monday regarding my complaint. To date I have had no calls from anyone and I am in serious doubt as to the safety of my home and family when my security company cannot fulfill it's obligations to me in terms of the contract I have signed.
I must say that Chubb have not covered themselves in glory in my dealings with them. Since the 1st day of installation to date.
