We are actually appalled by the lack of communication and eagerness to supply Back to Basics with the information we have requested.
We have tried twice to meet with Carlos from ADT about our concerns without success. The last try Carlos stated that he would need time to gather the information we needed this was over two months ago. He also mentioned that he would be in touch with us when he had all the information. Haven't heard from him.
ADT's motto 'ADT is 'Always There' we don't think so!
If ADT does not want us as a customer then cancel our contract so that we can go to a security company that cares.
