The installation for the tracking device was done incorrectly and almost cost me my motorplan, ended up paying 800 to BMW to release the car because its was not their wrong doing, I supplied invoices to the manager and I am still waiting, I want my money or I will terminate this contract. This installation almost cost me much more than 800 should I not have picked it up early, now I must fight to get my refund???
