I called in to tracker network to complain about money being deducted from my account without my permission and decided to cancel my subscription. I was then transferred to a coloured or indian lady in retention who was not willing to calm me down and explain things properly to me. this woman puts me on hold and whispers to her colleague and says that this customer is complaining about a meer R16 jeeer. what the is that. its. I really don't understand why my account was debited without an email being sent out to me. all other communique I get but this I didn't. I want to cancel my account with immediate effect.i will rather go to netstar where I can get a better service im not happy at all. deal with that woman once and for all. you cant treat your customers like.
