My Name is Rapula Nare.
September 2011 my bakkie Corsa Utility was written off and from that date you (Netstar) started debiting direct from my account because previously my insurance 1st 4 woman was paying for me. I called sometime last week and a week before last and spoke to few of your consultants e.g. David maluleke, Shawn and Namhla whom on my call explained to me that since my policy was for a 36months contract I have to pay a settlement amount of R300 and something to cancel my policy, which made me think of Why didn't you told the insurance the same thing the time they were cancelling with you? I don't understand that why could you keep on deducting money from my account without my permission and for a Netstar tracker which is on a write off car. The settlement amount should have been paid the time you saw that the insurance was cancelling the deal.
When I spoke to Namhla she understood my position and promised to write an email to Lorraine the Manager to explain to her my query and she also promised to copy me on that email which never happened.

Please can somebody talk to me because I want my money back because 16 months debit is a lot of money.
