On Feb 11 2013 I contacted Groupon in terms of a voucher i had purchased and the supplier of that voucher not being reachable. They advised they would refund me for the voucher amounting to R175.
Since then, i have contacted Groupon SA numerous times because the refund has still not been credited to my account. I have emailed bank statements of when the voucher was originally paid for, i have emailed bank statements showing the refund has not been credited, i have been promised that a manual eft transfer would be done, and today being 5 March there has still not been a refund. The cost of the calls to obtain an update from Groupon SA has more than likely exceeded the actual refund. I have also been advised that the person dealing with my refund has since moved to another department. I have two reference numbers: 679925 and 700336! My frustration at the incompetence of the various departments is rising. Hence Hello Peter.
