CAN I PLEASE BE GIVEN MY REFUND OF R500

Some foolish person by the name of VERNON SCHEEPERS HAS JUST CALLED ME.

AND TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO REFUND DUE TO ME.

NOW EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.

IN JULY U DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS NO MONEY RIGHT.AS I HAD NOTIFIED YOU GUYS THAT MY BANK DETAILS HAVE CHANGED NAD YOU REFUSED TO CHANGE THEM FINE.

SO ON THE 20/07 U DEBITED OLD ACC AND GOT NOTHING

ON 12/08/2013-I WENT AND PAID MANUALLY r3 000.

On the 27/08 u debited me for R4 000 (WHICH IS R500 THAT WAS JULY ARREARS AND R3500 THAT IS AUGUST PAYMENT.)

AND NOW WHY AGAIN DID U DEBIT ME R4000 IN SEPTEMBER? AS MY ACC IS NOW UP TO DATE.

I SENT U GUYS AN EMAIL REQUESTING MY REFUND AND I WAS ADVISED THAT I MUST SEND BANK STATEMENT WHICH I DID .

AND NOW THIS FOOLISH PERSON WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THAT ACC IS IN ARREARS.

I WANT MY R500 REFUND PLEASE.
AND HE STILL HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME HE DOESNT KNOW WHY THE HOMELOAN DEPT TOLD ME THEY WILL REFUND ME.
