We consulted with the Dr on 26 June 2013. We paid for the consultation at the Dr's office and have been waiting since that day for the Dr's admin office to supply us with a statement to submit to the Medical Aid. How does it take 35 days to print and email a statement to a patient? I have sent several emails requesting the statement and am still waiting. What kind of attitude does one have towards your patients to deliver such a service - not a very caring and understanding one I think. The practice manager is apparently also the "accounts lady". Get your act together please people! You got your money and now you don't care about anything else!
