We had a contract with Tracker for all of our vehicles and before it expired at the end of Aug we signed a new contract with the local sales lady. We have been billed for both contracts for 3 months now and I spent a lot of time going through the many invoices we received. I did a spreadsheet with all the invoices, which account they were against, what they were for etc and sent it to them and got a refund. Now this month they have taken almost 3 times more than they should have done and my e-mails to Michelle Van Wyk have just been ignored. There is no after sales service, the contract is signed so what do they care? We signed up with Tom Tom as per their recommendation and we don't know how to use it!! TomTom said that our service provider should come & show us but I'm still waiting for any response to that as well. I am disgusted with this substandard service and according to their tag line they are a "great service company"!! What a joke
