I had a problem with my alarm keypad. Called ADT afterhours and was put through to their technical control room. I was fortunate enough to speak to Thabo who patiently tried various options to assist me and patiently took me step by step as to what to do with the alarm / battery, etc. He always remained calm, patient, friendly and efficient. Seldom seen. Thanks Thabo.
