Last month (August 2013), i received a call that I have to pay an amount almost R198, which I paid R300, I also phouned Tracker and updated all my details, I was hoping they will deduct the monthly premium from my account for September 2013, but nothing happened, till I receive a call and told to pay roughly 185, Which i did. The consultant (Mbali promised to investigate and come back tome) also Tracker sent me email, with no action.
again when I joined I was told its R80, but now its R85 and I only found out verbally, meaning i do not receive correspondence from Tracker. I am i areas because no deductions are made to my account... strange.

can somebody lift up his/her hand, listern and act correctly. I am getting angry everyday.
