This is really out of order, am complaining here for the 3rd time, i still believe the response will be same, for almost six months i have been billed by jet airtime for the sim that i dont use, i have tried to cancel the account with both jet and edcon but every month the keep deducting money from my account.please cancell your subscription from my account and refund me my money.you gave me simcard that never worked when i call you say its prepaid sim, yet money is deducted from my account.what type of consumer service is this, if this matter isnt solved i think will just close off my edcon account all together as its also not helping the course.i have called the call center on numerous occassins but nothing happens at the end i end using my own cost, incurring cost to cancel something that i dont use .this is realy painful to me.
