It took your armed response one hour to respond to a panic button activation and all your call centre could say is sorry. It seems my money is good enough but you dont care about certain areas and customers. Maybe you would have responded quicker if your guys are not chilling on the m3 near constantia or do those peolpe get a better service that us in the suburbs
