Chubb Security is running debit orders without providing any form of invoice. This has been pointed out to them repeatedly without any reaction. Many promises made to improve service without any action. They do not provide the security service I am paying them for. Response times are between 17 minutes (minimum) to 23 minutes on average with ridiculous explanations as to why this happens every time. Repeated tests have given the same bad results every time. As such I cannot rely on Chubb security keeping my family safe. They have no record of which signal from my premises means what or what type of alarm they are responding to. They are supposed to have 2 vehicles permanently placed within our region as communicated with me at the time of signing me up. Instead they have 0 since the 1 vehicle they do have is sent to respond as far as Wineberg or Marlboro Gardens. Reaction and Dispatch management is useless and even though endless excuses and apologies are given none of this ever results in better service. Admin staff/office personnel are extremely difficult to contact, doesn't respond or return calls or messages, lazy and unreliable. Don't use Chubb.
