Recently I took out a contract with ADT. They have spelt the name of the road I live in incorrectly. I have tried to have this rectified. I have made four phone calls, listened to endless service options and unwanted advertising, been cut off twice and had the phone put down on me when I got tough with a supervisor. I have also sent an email advising of the error and sent a complaint and two follow-up emails when I had no response to the complaint.. I still have not had anyone contact me, let alone had the error fixed. I have also asked on five occasions for a copy of my contract, but still not received a copy. This is disgraceful service and if they cannot send me a copy of my contract (needed for insurance purposes) and are unable to fix their error with my address, then I think the least they can do is cancel my contract without penalty and allow me to look for a supplier who has polite staff who work and get things done.
