Tracking device not working

I have had peace of mind for over 4 years knowing that if my car went missing it would be able to be found, albeit in the general area of where it is located. I decided to test the system and called in to ask where my car is. I was transferred from pillar to post and was eventually told that my device was not working.

This happened in mid December and now, at the end of January the matter is still not resolved. I was offered a 6 month refund but refused. I want records that show WHEN the device stopped working and also want to know why I was not informed. I have received many reassuring emails but not the answers to the questions I have asked. Even though the device was not working for an unknown period of time, my debit order went through every month.

This is in my opinion, a blatant breach of contract and and exploitation of the public's faith in a product bought in good faith.
