For all of you who try to cancel Tracker before term is up, be prepared for a nightmare!
For those who do not have one or are thinking of getting one - Don't!
Aadil has been truly painful with this whole process! i want to cancel the policy, i get an e-mail with an amount to pay, and that's that.
No phone calls, even after i queried the amounts and other parts of the contract. Just more mails...
I then get billed an extra amount ontop of the settlement figure in the mail.
Again i tell Aadil it's wrong and i need to be refunded the extra they charged, only to get another mail telling me they have included the February account.
I HAVE CANCELLED THE POLICY IN EARLY JANUARY SO WHY ON EARTH WOULD I PAY FOR COVER IN FEBRUARY AS WELL!!!
This is HORRIBLE service and issues that are completely avoidable.
I want to be refunded the February amount, and ASAP because that is in my eyes!
