On Monday 16 September, a technician came to investigate beams that weren't working.
Cable was found to be broken and quote given to rewire.
At the same call out, the battery was replaced and charged for.
Our system still loses time and needs to be investigated further and hence the escalation, because we were told that there will be a call out fee which is ridiculous as the battery replacement never solved the original time issue so then it must be checked further as part of the original problem.
i also would like to know why the cable just cant be re-joined as its just a break in the roof, this could have been done also as part of the original call out. We have had other cable breaks repaired but for some reason this one not (money making opportunity???)
Its been at least 5 days since escalation and no one has called me back and that's why i have resorted to Hello Peter to try get a response.
This needs to be sorted out.
