I took my Laptop there to be repaired (restore operating system). i said there is nothing to back-up, knowing that i already did one.received a call that it was ready, the next day. i asked a colleague of mine to collect the machine and he brought it to me saying that the technician there told him that all is fine but there is just one problem with the battery (it charges sometimes and other times not). i became suspicious after attempting to turn on my laptop unsuccesfully. i had to keep it plugged into the mains and knew immediately that the battery in the machine does not belong to me. I gave you a call and you denied swopping the battery, saying that there is no other machine like mine there and it is totally impossible that my battery could have been replaced with another. i went into the store and complained further.again it was denied that the battery has been replaced, explaining to me why the clip on the faulty battery is "damaged" thinking thats the reason why i noticed its different. after 30 mins i got my original battery back with an apology. days later i learn that my wifi or network is not working. i took it back and now the store denies changing my board?
