It was roughly 15:10 on Sunday afternoon (22-09-2013) that I (John Frank, an employee of Polygon Technologies) came to our offices, when I arrived the alarm was blaring.
I proceeded to open up office and punch in the code, I walked through the office and quickly discovered that the sliding door was open, but no one in sight. I phoned our operations manager who confirmed Star Alarms had acknowledged the alarm going off and let him know that they have dispatched a patrol car via ADT.
@ 15:30 I phoned Star Alarms to check were my patrol car was, I got through to a gentleman called Chris, he had to cut my call and call me back once he had spoken to ADT to find out where they were, (that is just fantastic, especially if their was someone in the premises) roughly 5min later Chris called me back only to tell me ADT are extremely busy and they will be there as soon as they can.
So what choice do I have now, but to sit around and wait? 16:10 approached and now I have been at office for a full hour with no patrol car in sight.
I was so cross that I did not want to wait any more cause I knew I would have gone off at the guy when he arrived, so I locked up the office and left.
