Bad service for 3 months

I am not happy with the service i am getting from chub security services, even today from June 2013 they are still coming to help me, still debiting my account without no service.
Poor service, maybe because i am young and black stays in Soweto?
Chub approached me last year for installation of alram system and i agreed, they send the contractor to install last year November 2012, and i did not know that the guy was a contractor, fine.
This June 2013 i wanted them to come and remove the alarm activator pad from the wall and door sensor from the door frame, as i was changing the door frame, That's when i found out that they were using contractors, i don't even know that company. unit its not damaged, they wanted to charge me call out fee of R350.00, and i was told that the unit is still warranty and guarantee the will be no charge at all. still waiting for them now.
Had to remove it myself, and they called me saying some one will come and fix it, nobody came, on the 09th september i called again to report the matter was promised they will contact me even now nobody contacted me, debit is running every month, but i have no service.
What should one do in the case,
