Very bad service

We have tried since June 2013 to sort out our account with ADT. We wanted to cancel our contract due to to high rates as we can get a better rate by another company. ADT told us that we must not cancel as they will match the quote received from the other company. After speaking to several employees since June 2013, confirming the rate AND US sending e-mails, we are still waiting for the correct invoice and statement so that we can pay the account. We spoke to DIDI at the Credit Control department on several occasions and was promised a positive answer by Friday 13 September 2013. Although they have ALL OUR CONTACT DETAILS, CELL PHONE NUMBERS AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES INCLUDED, NO POSITIVE ANSWER WAS RECEIVED. During this period we received SMS's and Letters stating that if we do not pay, we will be reported to the National Credit Bureau. How it the can we pay if we do not have an invoice and statement to pay. IT IS ALMOST FOUR MONTHS THAT WE ARE WAITING FOR THE INVOICE TO PAY. ADT is very quick to send BAD SMS"S and LETTERS re monies owing but CAN NOT SORT OUT A SIMPLE PROBLEM OR GET BACK TO THEIR CLIENTS. THIS REALLY STINKS and is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE ADT
