My company moved end of August and because we had been with ADT for such a long time, we decided to sign up for another 2 years, THIS is the worse mistake I ever made. I am now being billed for both premises and you phone a call centre and just get moved from one person to another. I have spoken to no less than 10 people, nobody bothers to call you back and nobody emails you back. Although they know one has moved since they are doing our monitoring, we apparently still need to put in a cancellation letter.
This is a company that has grown to big and no longer cares, I will certainly be cancelling my contract as soon as I can.
