Acc double debited and payments lost
I am so disgusted in ADT's 'service' since buying and having an alarm installed in my home I have been double debited with amounts that have not been authorised. I only gave permission for my monthly service fee to be deducted yet double that amount has been taken from my account for two months in a row. On top of it, they have 'lost' the payment I did at their head office for my installation and claim my account is in arrears. The sales rep has been no help at all and ignores all calls. When I finally manage to speak to her she is never in the office and claims she will see to it when she returns but does not follow through. I have called head office & the call centre numerous times and everytime am promised something will be done but am still waiting to resolve this matter. What I dont understand is how they can debit an amount from my account (twice! ) that was not authorized? We are suffering financially because of their incompetance and they do not care.
