My bank account was hacked and I changed banks and refuse to have debit orders deducted from my account. After numerous calls to ADT which keep you on the line for 45 minutes and despite several emails, they just don't respond. However they are very quick to telephone you and threaten you with civil action. All I require is an invoice to be emailed to me and I will pay as the post office is permantly on strike, just the degree differs.
