I just want to find out how is it possible that my money can be deducted without my signature. I am having a problem with these NAEDO TRACKED DEBIT ORDERS that are going off my account and when i want to reverse them i am again charged another R30 by the bank. this is happening every month and it is different amounts that are deducted from my account. I have this account since i was a student and i want to close it, because my bank can not assist me with this problem. The frustration is even worse when the bank gives you the Telephone number that does not even exist when you want to follow up with the people that have requested the money to be deducted.
