Delay on repairs due to house breaking

On the morning of the 3rd July 2013, my house was broken into.
Claim was loaded the same day.
Outsurance took a week to send authorisation to Trellidor to repair these gate.
Trellidor is going to take another week, from the 10th, to repair the damage.
My Trellidor gates are damaged and cannot be used.
My house is correctly open for another break in or possible injury to my family.
A securtiy guard, atleast, was requested from Outsurance.
They only sent the guard on the 10th July.
Security gaurd just stands at one place and makes no attempt to walk around the premises and is not even armed to protect himself, let alone my family.
Outsurance is not bending over backwards to assist us.
Nobody is really assisting us with this matter.
Outsurance's promises are basically non-existent.
