No response to repeated enquiries

I have emailed ADT on 5 occasions querying a billing without eliciting more than an automated response.
Tried phoning on several occasions & been cut off when going through to a supervisor.
They refuse to provide an email address for a local director or anyone senior. Speaks volumes when the hierarchy cannot be contacted.
Ironically their strapline is "always there"!
Considering switching to Blue.
