I called Edwin this morning, Saturday 7 Sep and he told me what I needed to bring to him so he could see what was needed. When I got to the store, I was preparing to spend three months worth of salaries to get my remote gate fixed, well, I walked out of his store 2 hours later with hand written note on what steps to follow, a printed out version and a plastic casing for the processor and a new battery for the remote - R52 later. Edwin was the most unbelievably helpful man I have yet come across. I watched him help customers that came into the store and then he came back to help me. I will definitely be returning to this store for any future problems I might incur. In this day and age, store owners will not even bat an eye to find a solution to the problem where as Edwin went through everything with me. Thank you Edwin and thank you Centurion Systems for having these guys as your distributors. Brilliant service.
