I'm sure everyone experiences this, when people are singing and shouting on the bus.
What if I want to read a book? What if I want to have a nice peaceful trip to and from work?
I don't want to sit through "church services" and have religion forced on me.

Basically i got a call from Golden Arrow saying there is NOTHING they can do and they can't or WONT enforce their own rules and conditions of their own buses. REALLY? is there nothing you can do?
I actually had to give suggestions on how to monitor this type of behaviour and was dismissed on each one.

Why can't they enforce their own rules?
It's blatant disregard for the rights of the other passengers.
