I have had tracker installed in my vehicle via my insurance company.
Since September 2012 I have been unemployed and have susequently cancelled my Insurance as i have no funds to pay for this service.
I have also informed tracker and Norton Attorneys of this, but they have refused to cancel the service and the contact centre insists i still pay for the service.
I recently had money transfered into my account from family to help me purchase groceries and help with my rental. i awoke this morning only to be informed Tracker has taken R597.00 of that money.
Can this please be reversed and this tracker cancelled.
