NO SERVICE BUT QUICK TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT

I want my money to be debited back into my account. Marlin advised that the contract was cancelled as per my request and promised that my debit order won't go through to my surprise they debited my account. ADT is quick debit my account but when you were required to fix my alarm before I have a break in and my staff you were not there to assist.. ADT have a nerve to go ahead and debit my account after all I went through because of their incompetent sales person.
