I am absolutely disgusted by ADT's service. I replaced an employee at my company as she resigned and I taken over from her in Feb 2013. I have tried to change their contact details (Should their be an emergency the previous employee is always contacted and change the password as she could not remember what it was). I have phoned and phoned and phoned and still have not had any luck.
Our alarm went off on the 14th of August and I spoke to the guard that comes to site as he was the only helpful person in Adt he contacted Elliot Buthelezi for me. Elliot requested that I send through my email and request to him and he will sort this out. As i advised him this had been going on since February and as it is now August it is urgent as it puts our company at a risk rather then protecting us which is why we pay ADT in the first place. Since the 14th of August I have sent Elliot numerous emails to which he does not even bother to respond. I called the call center to speak to a manager to try and get them to assist me and every time the phone gets put down by the agent before I can even get through to a manager. I am beyond frustrated and absolutely disgusted at the service of ADT
