CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ADT

Hi there

I tried calling several times now to get through to the Sales division of ADT, however, being put through from pillar to post.

My agreement last month was that I pay for labour only, and wont be charged a CALL-OUT fee!!! I cannot remember the name of the lady who arranged this, as she never even left her details with me, as I was also told that the labour charges would be less than the call-out charge.

I want to know what a Mag and labour costs!!!

My husband just recently informed me that I would need to pay a CALL-OUT fee!!! The job was done on 1 Aug 2013.

Clearly there are communcations problems within ADT.
