We cancelled a vehicle in January 2013 via fax. Vehicle was not removed for several months. Upon querying we were informed via e-mail that the accounts department did not receive it and refused to pass credit.
I sent the fax transmission proof showing that the fax did go through successfully and was met with silence. Since then I have been calling / e-mailing once a month. Last time I was told that the lady responsible for the account should have processed it a month ago...
Does Netstar need my company's vehicle fleet on their books? Judging from the lack of resolve I believe that the next lot of vehicles should be fitted with their opposition.
