Hi I received an sms stating that I am in arrears on my account. As far as I am concerned I am up to date on all payments. I have been trying since Friday morning to call your contact centre but its just an endless wait. The number quoted on the sms does not go through at all. Even your emergency number just rings.
Please could someone give me a call to discuss this matter. I would also like to move the cover from my name on to my husbands as he is now the main driver.
