I have a contract with ADT for my alarm and armed response. As the contract is coming to an end after 3years, I am required to pay in R3500 if I choose to purchase the rented equipment. I have contacted ADT in April of this year and was sent an email with a letter confirming the payment. I immediately requested that someone from Finance contact me to explain why I am required to pay this value as surely this should be written off over the 3 year rental period already. No feedback since July. I then contacted them again and got through to Leon du Plessis (Regional Sales manager), sent him an email and confirmed over the phone with him about my concern. 2 weeks later no feedback, he doesnt take my calls and wouldnt respond to my email! I have called the call centre 4 time since and spoken to 4 different call centre agents explaining the problem each time. I have left message's for a senior manger or Leon to return my call and to date (23rd August) no contact from them.
Digusting service and a no care attitude from seniors wihtin this company!
