I am so frustrated in not getting feedback from 8.ta!!!
My contract expired in April sometime this year & as how morning service providers work, I called 8.ta to cancel my contact however I had to load a "case" which was done and I was told to call closer to the time so I called 8.ta the second time at the end of April to remind them that my contract was coming to an end and I would like to CANCEL however IT WAS NOT DONE, i requested to speak to a Supervisor and there was none on floor!!!
The money was still deducted on a monthly basis why is this if I cancelled this contract???!!! - REFUND REQUESTED!!!
When I called 8.ta the 3rd time to follow up on the cancellation I was stunned to find out this contact is still active as per the below person I spoke to!!!
I was informed to escalated a cancellation email to [Email Removed] ---NO RESPONSE RECEIVED!!!

Its actually extremely shocking to see the measures I had to take to get assistance or feedback from a "so call" "service provider who is not really providing any service what so everl!!!
