Bad service

I would like to complain about the terrible service that I received from Adt. I have phoned customer service four time's. I've been with ADT for a few years now and have never seem a patrol vehicle in my area. I have also complained about the slow response time. I did also mention to the consultant that I am not happy with the increase in my billing. I was told this would be reviewed and they would get back to me. To date, no one has responded to me.
