POOR WORKMANSHIP AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I employed gate motor guru to install 3 gate motors. 2 off D5's and 1 off R3 motors. Johan sub contracted the job to someone else without me knowing and said i needed to pay the money upfront. The installer that johan sent burnt holes in the gates that i manufactured when he was welding on the racks and he installed the R3 motor incorrectly. I had to employ another installer to rectify because johan did not return my calls, reply to my emails or reply to my sms's. To date, johan has not refunded me and still doesn't take my calls.
