We are experiencing problems since inception with our Ctrack unit and profile.
The issues were sorted out, but then after we requested to uninstall and re-install the unit onto another vehicle, the issues just never stop. And therefore I refuse to pay the uninstall and re-install fees invoiced for.
Hence the fact that we reported all the problems experienced to date, and have even "hello peter" before, we just do not get the service one would expect neither any feedback/status reports, although the service provider still process their debit orders monthly for a non 100% working unit.
Since the 29th of Oct 2013 we are unable to pull various reports, the following "Speed profile" and "Point of interest stop".
I am no really at the point to take this case to the office of the Consumer Protector.
