I had phoned he ADT call centre to change my banking details so i was given an email address to send the request however a month passed and it was unchanged. I had called numerous times then finally I
Was informed that it was changed. However I was charged for myself and another person as the agent changed the wrong persons details as well as mines. Please note I had provided both existing and new details to be changed to including my residential and telephone numbers. I have called in 4times since Friday and sent emails yet my account has not been credited with the amount taken out for someone else. I am disgusted at the pathetic service I have received and think the company needs to set up a solid structure of internal controls and procedures to ensure customers needs are met. I do understand people make mistakes but why must I have to beg to get someone else's carelessness rectified.
I want this rectified asap
