My Fiance and I was asleep when intruders came into our house when taking out ABSA house insurance the question was is there burglar bars infront of all opening windows and YES there are they opened the latch of the window from the outside and moved the curtains and xmas lights out of the way and managed to get through the burglar guards and a few items, now according to the insurance company that is not forced entry so what is the point then of having burglar bars infront of your windows so now ABSA is saying they are only willing to pay 5% which is not on I cannot buy a cellphone or a Ipad with this 5% my video camera is also taken so whatis the point then so what they are trying to say it doesn't matter if you have burglar bars because it sure as didn't help here, this is not on everytime I was told I would be phoned back on a day which never happened aswell.
