I've been an ADT customer for years and I am used to let's say their below standard admin and accounts services. Every month I pay the amount due via EFT. In July's statement it said I didn't pay for June, which I did. I sent through the proof of payment again because ADT was not able to locate my payment in their system. I never heard back from them so I thought it's sorted out. Now I get my August statement stating that I haven't paid June and July, which I have. Nobody from ADT ever contacted me to maybe explain the situation to me and clarify. They just pass it on to the customer saying I haven't paid. So please ADT, look through your bank statements, locate my payments for June, July and August and finally rectify YOUR mistake.
